Civil cases typically involve disputes between individuals, businesses, or organizations and may include matters such as contract disputes, property issues, personal injury claims, domestic relations, and other non-criminal legal actions.
The Clerk’s Office plays a vital role in the civil court process by managing case filings, recording court proceedings and judgments, collecting applicable fees, and providing access to court records in accordance with Georgia law.
Our goal is to deliver efficient, professional service to the public, the courts, and all parties involved while ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of the judicial record.
