The Clerk of Magistrate Court Criminal Division serves as the official record keeper for criminal matters filed in Magistrate Court. The Clerk's Office assists the public, attorneys, and law enforcement agencies by processing criminal filings, maintaining court records, collecting applicable fees, and providing access to court information in accordance with state law. Hours to submit warrant applications to the Judge’s Office are 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. weekdays (excluding county-recognized holidays).  These hours are set by the Judge’s Office and are subject to change.
